01How does a profile get approved?

After you fill the biodata, an admin from the samaj reviews it. The profile becomes visible to members only after that approval.

02I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login page choose "Login with OTP / Forgot password". After the OTP you can set a new password. If that does not work, write to us from this page.

03When can I see a contact number?

A contact number opens only after an interest is accepted by both families. Until then it stays hidden for everyone.

04How do I remove my profile?

Open Account Settings and use "Delete account". Your profile, photos, interests and messages are removed permanently.
